Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We are able to ship to anywhere around the world except for where postal restrictions won’t allow us. Please contact us if you would like any items shipped to another country as the postage and packing amount charged is calculated for UK addresses only.

JDB Performance does not hold all items listed on our website in stock which means there could be a delay in you receiving your order. Also some products are made to our order this will be noted in the description section of our products. If there is a delay on your order we will to contact you on the details you have provided.

You should allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. If after this time period your order still hasn’t arrived please contact us. We will respond to your query as soon as we can.

Most orders will arrive with in a few days as long as they are in stock and we do not have to purchase from our suppliers

Shipping costs will be calculated on a weight basis on the checkout page. To reflect the polices of our shipping companies all costs will be rounded to the next full pound.

 

Damages

If your package arrives damaged JDB performance will need to be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will also ask that you provide pictures of the parcel when you received it to confirm the damage claim. This should be sent to jdbperformance01@gmail.com In this instance you will be offered either a full refund or a replacement product sent out free of charge.

 

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will endeavor to pay any return shipping costs if the product you have received is incorrect and not what you purchased.

However, if you have purchased an incorrect part and it does not fit your vehicle you may not be able to return the product. We will not be liable for the return shipping costs if you have ordered the incorrect part for your vehicle.

It may take up to 4 weeks for you to receive your refund. All refunds will be completed once the product has been returned to us. This time period takes in consideration the transit time of the return product (5-10 business days) and the time taken to inspect and complete the return on our system (3-5 Business days). Return funds may also take 5-10 days for your bank to process.

If you need to return a product please contact us directly with your name and order reference. We will respond quickly on how to return the product to us.
